problem with IPHone resetting apps

HI all. I have the IPhone6s with I OS 13. I prefer not to upgrade to a newer I OS because of the annoying direct touch rotor setting that I heard about which makes games on the IPhone a frustration. I experience an annoying problem: It happens on average every 4 days and my phone's battery is at an average of 80 percent when this happens: all my apps gets reset. I notice that in the app switcher the word active is not next to each app title. IN other words, when in the app switcher, as I flick left and right I hear music, voice memos, notes instead of music active, voice memos active, notes active. when I go into the music app, the now playing screen says nothing playing. so my music gets reset often, which means that I hear songs that I have already heard recently. I know I can skip songs I don't want to listen to, but I have just wondered if somebody experienced this problem and if you have found a solution. many thanks for any help.
