Is Braille Screen Input broken in iOS 16.1 beta 5?

Hello,

I just install iOS 16.1 developer beta 5 on my iPhone SE 3 and, since then, I'm unable to insert spaces when using Braille Screen input. This is very disturbing. Fortunately for me, this iPhone is not my main device. Am I the only one to have this bug?

Regards,
Olivier

Hi,
Yes, you must use contracted braille, until this gets fixed. I find contracted braille to be much faster anyway, so this bug doesn't really affect me.
I did test it though, after reading about it on Twitter, & sure enough, it occurred on my device.
Once I switched back to contracted though, all was well.

It's happen on my iPhone 13 Pro Max on iOS 16.1 beta 5 too. Thanks for the solution using contracted Braille. it fixes the problem for now.

I have it here also. This is definitely not good for someone new to Braille. I plan to report it later today. If someone has a number to use for reporting, please post it here.
