Hi everyone, suddenly VoiceOver started saying "Label element" every time I open any window in iOS 16. For example, opening Settings now VoiceOver says "Label element, Settings, heading". I opened the label element screen by mistake, and now it is as if VoiceOver sees the title of that screen, which however is no longer on the screen. I tried to restore settings without success, what can be done apart from restoring the entire device?

usually, it happens when there are two apps or windows on syour screen. Try exploring by touch, locate the label element dialogue and close it or whatever. or just restart your device.
Strange
Happy to say that I've not encountered this one.
Like the previous poster, I would recommend restarting your iPhone and /or turning VoiceOver off and back on again... it's surprising just how many times this will resolve these kind of things.
Good luck, hope you get rid of this pesky behavior.
Clarifications
The label element dialogue screen I already closed, VoiceOver is referring to a window that's not open.
Regarding rebooting or turning voiceover off and back on, I did this and nothing changed, I even erased the phone to factory settings and tried to restored an iCloud backup and nothing changed, then I tried setting up without restoring any backup and still nothing changed. I knew this bug existed since early betas in June, put it as severe or moderate. At the end I fixed it by adding a "Label element" in pronunciations and adding as replacement a space, so at least VoiceOver does not pronounce it. But if I look on my Braille display, "Label element" is still present before the name of the current item. It happens mainly when exploring by touch a new screen or with the first flick when a new screen is displayed. Before it was saying "Airplay", so it says random words before the current item.
