Serious Bug In Account creation For Goodmaps Outdoors.

I just attempted to set up an account on Goodmaps Outdoors, and no matter which way I try, the app refuses to let me complete the account setup. When I try setting up an account using my email address, the app sends me a verification link, so far, so good, but when I open the link, it does nothing and leaves me in the screen that prompts me to send a verification code to my email address. when I try setting up an account using my phone number, all goes well until I enter the code the app sends me via text message, and then I get the following error message. "The server isn't responding as expected". This problem is preventing me from even getting past the account creation stage with the app, and like Blind Square, there's no means I can find of sending feedback to the developer to let them know that something is seriously broken with their app. Has anyone else run into this issue? And if so, how can it be fixed?

When I got the app, I could not do it. I let them know but nothing was done, they just email and ask about it. I told them what was the issue but nothing. I just gave up and forgot about it. I did ask Bella the cat but she mostly said meow, I think she was saying no or something mean.

That, to me, isn't a way to treat customers. You'd think they'd fix a bug like that in their account creation system.
