When on the Lock Screen, perform a long press or 1 finger triple-tap when VoiceOver focus is on the time.
This should take you in to customisation mode, which is also where you can switch to a different Lock Screen.
Flick through this screen until focus lands on the custom Lock Screen that you want to delete. Delete will now be one of the options in the VoiceOver rotor.
To switch to a different Lock Screen, place VoiceOver focus on to the one that you wish to use and simply perform a 1 finger double-tap.
The above assumes that you have already added one or more custom Lock Screens.

It doesnt work
As the subject says. Whenever I triple tap on the time on the lock screen, nothing happens.
Try many a time
I tried many times, and finally got it to work. I use SE2020.
