I am having the same issues playing rumble on safari for Mac. I'm not exactly sure what's going on. Do you have Adobe flash player installed? I don't, so I was thinking it may be because rumble needs the flash software to play videos. The iPhone app works well though.
Flash is dead. Everything is now HTML 5. For some reason, the player is not exposed in Safari on Mac. not sure if it has to do with the different APIs. I'll do some more investigating.
Last I checked, the player on the website wasn't very accessible. More people should write to Rumble requesting they make a properly accessible player.

I'm having the same issue on Chrome as well as Safari. I simply can't play Rumble videos.
