What was the name of that charger? I check iPower add and did not see anything.
I'm curious about the EU…
I'm curious about the EU. anti-trust laws, saying that Apple has to allow sideloading and 3rd party payment methods. Mainly, 2 things are on my mind.
1. Will that extend to the US. as well? since they'll have to open it up in the EU. will they just go ahead and open the floodgates so to speak in all other markets like the U.S? I'm thinking about something similar with what happened when the GOODPR. was passed in the EU. how some companies like Facebook just made the stuff available for all countries. If that makes sense.
2. This is from a consummer standpoint. I have a yearly Audible subscription, that I purchased through Apple. One of the perks of doing it that way, is the fact that any Audible credits I have that I haven't used yet, don't expire. What I'm wondering is:
Could this mean a change to how subscriptions like this work? Will you be forced to buy through the provider in this case, Audible? If so, I don't agree with this, because, for one, I don't have a credit card. So, I pay every thing through Apple. Two, it's so much easier for me to just buy it through that, specially since all my other stuff goes through them.
I guess the other thing I'm wondering about is if you will geta choice, to either buy a subscription through Apple or through the company. The way I see it, this part, will be a mess. Maybe I'm overthinking this, and worrying about nothing.
Glad You Guys Are Better
Hello. Like the subject says, I'm happy you guys are all over COVID and whatever else crept up on you. I've not yet gotten sick, and hopefully this will be the case going forward. Thanks as always for another fun-filled episode. I'm so looking forward to Mac OS Ventura, and iOS 16 when I can upgrade to another phone.
