A few months ago I purchased the supersense lifetime subscription. Before this I had the yearly subscription but when they started their summer sail I switched to the lifetime subscription. At the time of purchase It told me my purchase was successful, however I'm still getting notifications that I'm running out of time and that September first is the last day. I went into the app and when I tapped on lifetime subscription it tells me that I've already purchased this subscription. When I tap on restore purchases to see if that would work nothing happens. I also noticed that the charge was not on my CC as well.
Any ideas what may be happening? Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Thanks,
Troy

Why don't you cancel the subscriptions you have?
You can then just wait and see what happens when the subscription expires.
reach out to super sense
Do not cancel it. Reach out to supersense. Canceling it is the worse thing you can do. That is terrible advice
Just for the record at the previous poster
When you cancel an active subscription, you still have access to it for the remainder of the duration. That's why I gave you that advice in the first place. Should you keep the subscription active, there is a chance you will lose money again should the subscription renewal. When you cancel the subscription, you can still keep the remainder of the duration and see what happens when it does expire without having to chance money loss.
again don't cancel subscription
if it is a life time subscription it would go away if you cancel it correct? this is why I say reach out to super sense.
A lifetime subscription won't even make it onto the list
A lifetime subscription won't even make it onto the subscriptions list, for the very reason that it is a lifetime subscription. The subscriptions list only shows subscriptions that can be renewed. It will be impossible to cancel a lifetime subscription anyway, but I'm talking about the annual subscription. If you cancel the annual subscription, you won't be charged and you can use the time to clear things up with the developers.
