Hello everyone, I am running iOS Public Beta 4 of iOS 16, and at first, I came into the beta program with beta 2. Since installing the beta, I have had the following issues:
1. I can no longer copy and paste things anymore that I need, such as a password, into something with a braille display, or without one. The command to copy or paste does nothing at all.
2. When I try to press enter when sending a message, it acts as if I am double-tapping and holding, and therefore may say things like "select button," or "select all," with "dismiss context menu" at the end. Because of this, I must navigate to the send button and double-tap it (either with a braille display command, or with the touchscreen).
3. This is the most important issue. When I have a single notification of temporary banner style selected, and attempt to double-tap it, my iPhone will not do a thing to fix the situation. It will do nothing. Just say the notification which I tried to activate.
Is there anyone who can assist me with these issues? I am running this on an iPhone 13, with a Brailliant BI40X connected to it. I am starting school soon, and therefore need my phone to work as efficiently as possible. Thanks for any assistance you can give me.

Your Feedback is Important to Improving Accessibility on Apple platforms
Don't assume that Apple is aware of a bug or that your report won't make a difference - submitting bug reports directly to the company helps them reproduce and resolve the issue faster. Your report may provide crucial information. The more reports they receive, the higher the priority they give to fixing the bug.
If you're using a beta version, use the Feedback Assistant on your device to submit feedback and bug reports. If you're using a public release, follow the instructions on this page.

I am on a 13 pro max
Hi,
As he said in his post, my friend has an iPhone 13. I have a 13 pro max, and I am not seeing any of the issues he is.
Why might that be?
Some Issues Rectified
Okay. After a re-start of the phone 2 of the 3 issues that were outlined in my original post have been rectified. I can now press the return key of a braille display to send a message consistently, and I can copy and paste again, but the one issue thatremains consistent is that with notifications. VoiceOver treats them like browsable textual elements, and not controls that can be manipulated. I have reported this issue in the feedback application.
I hope this clears some things up.
Navigation style?
For that last one mentioned about notifications, it's for some reason set up that notifications are treated as its' own thing when using the "grouped" navigation style. Try using the "flat" mode instead available in the Voiceover settings, or swipe 2 fingers right next time you come across a notification.
Yeah. The navigation style…
Yeah. The navigation style is set to flat by default. Still, nothing happens when a notification is double-tapped. I tried switching to grouped style, but nothing happened. I just was stuck with the notification, and could do nothing with it.
I am slightly confused
Can you elaborate on that for me? Would you like a screen recording or something to make things a bit clearer?
Thanks for any info.
