Dear Team,
Greetings!
I have been using and iPhone 5 and then an iPhone 7 for the past few years and changed to iPhone 12 Pro now.
I am Blind and using these products with the excellent support of Voice Over. I find this is the best mobile phone product for the Blind people to use with most convenience.
However, I have been terribly bothered by an issue which started from iPhone 7 and chasing me behind in the 12 Pro too.
Appreciate if you could please urgently help me to resolve this issue or guide me to the relevant department to find a solution.
Issue:
In iPhone 7, I created a folder by dragging & dropping the Settings, App Store, Watch apps.
Then Renamed it as “Setup”.
Since then the Voice Over started to utter this word “Setup” in every move. If I go to a new line it starts saying “Setup” aand then the rest.
Even when I have to type, before every letter it utters this word.
I tried renaming this folder again to a different name. But VO says the same word “Setup” still everywhere.
I did a search for this word , but there is no any folder as such. And I was clueless how this happened.
This is a real pain.
Then when I backed up the same account to the 12 Pro, the same word “Setup” followed me there too.
I did reset the phone, and did a fresh installation without updating from the old phone. But sill VO did not give up.
Then in the new phone 12 Pro, I created the same folder with Settings & App Store, and renamed it as “OK”. Now the new 12 Pro VO is saying “OK” every where in every move. And the 7 says “Setup”.
I have created several other folders in both the phone, but they are not affected.
In 12 Pro, I did rename the same folder again to a different name, but the VO does not give up the word “OK” in every move.
Even removed the folder from the Home screen, still no difference.
So I assume that the folder name of the folder including the Settings & App Store seems to be causing the problem in both the phones.
Could you kindly share your expertise to get out of these unwanted utterance by Voice Over please?
An urgent response would help me to reset the 12 Pro if required before I get more data into it.
Also, if there a way to disable the “App Library” would be a great help. Because it is a trouble using with VO.
Anticipating an early response please.

App libarary cannot be disabled
The app libarary I think is ment for sighted folks. Apple made it work with VoiceOver, but it’s not perfect. The only thing I can think of, is downgrading to iOS 13 through an IPSW file. Not sure if that will work though.
