The Sticky Header toggle is for low vision and sighted members of our community. When enabled on desktop, it keeps the site's main menu and search box in the same place at the top of the screen while you scroll down the page. This allows you to quickly access the navigation links and search without scrolling up to the top of the page.
For those of us who rely completely on a screen reader, Sticky Headers offers nothing of value.
Perhaps you could have a little info that only screen readers could see that would say something like, this function is not useful for screen reader users, but better than that : )
