App version of the popular game, with many added features like the option to play together with friends & family on your Wi-Fi!
Each 7-letter game is generated on the fly by algorithm. There are over 4000 unique 7 letter games to play!
Work your way up from Novice, to Brilliant, to Mastermind, and on to win! There are only two rules to finding words and winning the game: words must be at least 4 letters long, and words must always use the center letter.
Some games have only 10 words to find, to win the spelling game... other ones have over 50 words! Use Help to get a word count that will tell you how big the challenge is, see how many you've found, and get hints. There's now also a Game of the Day which is the same for everyone, everywhere.
Each game has at least one pangram - a word that uses all 7 of the game's individual letters. Some games have more than one!
The game's word list is a partial English dictionary of the most frequently used words that have 7 or fewer unique letters. In your game, you can customize your own personal word list! Here's how it works: if you enter a word that *is* in the English dictionary but *is not* in the game's list, you can add that new word to your own list. That new word will be included in future games, no matter which of your iCloud devices you are playing on!

I'm assuming you downloaded the app from a English speaking country's app store? if so, I don't know why you got German. I got English. Did anybody else get a language they were not suppose too? Does anybody have any idea's for Will?
Dutch to start with, then game in English
Hi! I bought this game from the French App Store, but my iPhone is set to UK English, as that is my native language. However, I also found text in an unknown language when I first opened the app: it looked like Dutch to me. There are various buttons on this page full of Dutch text, and unfortunately I can't remember which one I pressed, but I suddently got the game screen with everything in English, without knowing how I'd got there. Once I had started a game, I got the options to cancel or resume it when I restarted the app, and Cancel opened a new game, so there's no way I can go back to the Dutch text without reinstalling the app. Therefore, all I can suggest, if you're stuck on the page of text in Dutch, is to experiment with the buttons on that page until you suddenly land on a game screen like I did: once you're in a game, the Help and Options buttons take you to English text.
Something feels dodgy
I downloaded this app. I didn't disable ads. I got a popup telling me that my storage was almost full, to go to the app store, & download a storage cleaning app. Trouble is, my 64gb IPhone had around 28gb available. I am a word game junkie, I absolutely love anagrams, & I would have been glad to have another game in my arsenal. But this doesn't feel right. Call me paranoid & I'll answer, but remind you I'm only paranoid if no one really is out to get me. Sadly, I won't be keeping this app, & I won't be recommending it either, unless someone can tell me a good reason for that to have occurred. This is just my experience, clearly your results may vary. But I'd be extremely wary. I'd also love to be proved wrong about my fears regarding this app.

Sorry to read, AbleTec, that you got a strange error with your storage! That's the first time I've come across an error like that, where you're told your storage is full when it obviously isn't: I wonder if you accidentally tapped an ad for a memory-cleaning app! I installed Spelling Queen Pangrams on my 64 GB iPhone SE 2020, which has less free space on it than your iPhone, without having that problem, but I understand your decision not to keep Spelling Queen Pangrams and not to recommend it. My only problem with it was seeing a screen in Dutch the first time I opened it, but, since I started playing the game, it has been in English and everything works as it should. Even though the ads didn't get in my way, I did the in-app purchase to get rid of them, so that I don't accidentally tap one.
