Am using my Iphone 12 mini with my bluetooth Hearing aids, and sometimes need to disconnect them for 5 or 10 minutes, is there an easy way to this from the home screen other than going to settings/bluetooth/device name an disconnect or connect it?
like creating wedget for it for instance?

I don't think there are any widgets you can create to disconnect a bluetooth device, however the easiest way to disconnect a device is to turn bluetooth off all together. This you can do from the control centre

Shortcut and Back Tap
One possible option would be to create a shortcut that changes the location of audio playback, and then assign this to a Back Tap gesture.
For example, you could have it so that a double back tap switches audio to the iPhone speaker and a triple back tap switches audio to the hearing aids.
I've done something similar in the past with earbuds and have heard others use this for switching audio to and from speakers.
