Hello,
there is an app which I would like to get from the Appstore to see if it isaccessible. However I am not sure about the refunding process. Can the application's inaccessibility be a basis for returning it? If so, where should I ask for a refund just in case?

This Apple support page should help: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
It's been a few years since I last used this process, but it was straightforward and accessible then.
Wait for the receipt
Hi. Apple sends you a receipt when you buy an apt. Use the app, and if you need to return it, just click on report a problem. as for accessibility, I think click on other and enter accessibility.
Thank you
Thank you for your responses. Now i know what to do.
I have one other suggestion
Depending on what you want the app to do, think carefully. If you can try a free alternative, see if that will be what you need. also, if you want to start a discussion with the dev about either adding accessibility ina future update, or at least making them aware, before you download it, that might help. Just another couple of thoughts.
Actually just did this.
I actually just did this the other day and the process was very simple. I forget exactly which website to go to at this current moment however, I think one of the comments posted it above. You could also go on to Google and search app refund apple. As to your next question, just select the option that states doesn’t perform as expected. it was an easy process and you shouldn’t run into any issues. my purchase was over $200 and they had refunded me. please note that it does take them 24 to 48 hours to make a decision, then once that decision has been made, it could take anywhere between 24 to 72 hours before you see that purchase put back onto your card. That being said, depending on your bank, it could take up to seven business days for the funds to appear in your account.
What'd you buy?
Hi Stephen, just curious, but what app was that much money? I can only think of something like pro tools, but wow, just the price shocked me. You don't have to tell me, I'm just surprised there's an app that's so expensive. glad you got your dough back.
Note however
While the process itself is easy, it doesn't always work. Sometimes, for whatever reason, they just won't give you a refund. It happened to me a couple of times now, so please be careful when buying apps that are paid. It is no longer guaranteed that you will definitely get that refund.
