Hello all,
So lately I have been having issues with the latest update to the Wells Fargo app.
Once I use Face ID to gain access to my account, I'm taken to the verification screen, in which I can select my method of logging in. However, selecting none of the methods listed work.
Also on this screen, VoiceOver continues to say, working... working... working... over and over again.
The only way I've been able to gain access is either through their website on my computer, or somesighted assistance by disabling VoiceOver. With VoiceOver disabled, the selection works as expected.
Is anyone else having this issue? If so, is there a workaround?

One thing you can try is the next time you are able to get logged into the app, make sure that the app remembers your username and password. That way after Face ID it should automatically log you in. That is what I do and I have never had a problem with the app.
