Wasn't sure where to post this, as it has both an iOS, iPadOS, and macOS version. Decided on here, but let me know if that was a bad choice. That's the same reason I didn't make an app entry for it yet.
Was browsing the App Store a few days ago, and happened to come across Spring for Twitter. It's a truly premium Twitter client for the Mac, iPhone, and iPad. The full version costs $9.99, and the light version (for iPhone only) costs $3.99. This may seem a bit pricy, Until you discover some of what it offers.
For one, it has a notifications tab, just like the official Twitter app. I have no idea how they managed to pull this off, but it's awesome! You get notified of likes, replies, etc.
If you're running the Spring 3 beta, you also get customizable push notifications. Granted, they're delayed by like a minute or 2, maybe around 4 for direct messages, but that's much better than some other clients. And you can choose what kind of notifications you want. So if you only wanted to get notified of replies? You can do that.
Spring is also optimized for accessibility. You can rearrange VoiceOver actions, customize your tabs, and a lot more.
It's also the only Twitter client I've ever seen with position syncing that actually works across devices. I can be reading on my phone, go to Spring on my Mac, and no matter if it was already open or not, I'm exactly where I was on my iPhone.
The only real issue that I have is the lack of keyboard shortcuts for a lot of actions. We contacted the developer about this though, and they said they'd look into adding more.

great app but not many shortcuts
I decided to take the plunge and have a look at this app because I have heard many people talking about it.
I love the navigation on the Mac, going from left to right through the tweets but one thing is a little bit irritating, there is not a standard file menu or anything like this.
The command plus r shortcut refreshes but I still have not worked out things such as replying.
I mainly brought the program because occasionally, Twitterrific can hang sometimes.
Lack of character counting on mac
One small thing I have also noticed is that you cannot see how many characters you have remaining on the Mac.
I have figured out that the r key replies which is very useful. You have to interact with the toolbar on the Mac to actually send the tweet at least in my experience.
Any pointers or little tricks would be really gratefully received.

Excellent! After re-launching the program, we now have a file menu where I can see some of the excellent little shortcuts. I'm very glad I brought this program and I will be definitely installing it on the phone as well.
I still want to see how many characters I have remaining because I'm sure it is a graphic or something.
REading position not syncing between iPad and iPhone
The appropriate iCloud sync settings are enabled on both devices, but when switching devices they both stay focused on their respective previous reading positions. Any ideas?
Notifications do not work on iOS
Loving the program except for notifications. I have enabled them, it tells you that a token is going to be uploaded to Twitter, go through all of this and still, no push notifications.
This to me is a very serious problem that I need to resolve.
Anyone else having this problem?

Is someone able to describe me the difference between spring (full), spring light (free), and spring mini (low cost) on ios please? I don't have a mac. The graphs on the @springapp is not very accessible and I didn't find something useful on other websites. I would like to know how it really feel with voiceover.
I am used to TWBlue on Windows.
Sory if it's repetetive but now we have three versions on the app store with a free trial light and nobody mentioned it above so I guessit's a recent addition.
Oh from what I understand does one version support push notification on ios?

My understanding is that the Lite version of the app is heavily cripple and only intended to offer a free Tate of the full versions.
The following features are not available in this version:
So, there's not enough left to use it as a full Twitter app.
As for the other two versions, my understanding is that the only difference is Mac support. If you don't need this, then the ‘Mini’ edition would be the way to go.
Still worth to purchase?
Well, as everyone knows, Twitter's main App is getting worser and worser in accessibility. We're now at a point, where you can't watch a video anymore.
So, with the closure to most third party apps, is it still worthy to purchase Spring?
