I have one of those foldable bluetooth keybords that I purchased from A T Guys. Not sure the model and such but some of you may know what I'm talking about. I am trying to use it with my new IPhone SE third gen. However the phone is not recognizing the keybord. I've tried pressing different keys and such but the phone still will not recognize it. I think there's a certain key combination you have to press with these keybords but I tried many and it's still not working. The keybord worked fine on my old phone. I also have a regular bluetooth keybord that is not portible that I tried pairing with my new phone and that keybord paired and is working fine along with other bluetooth devices I've paired with my new phone. Anyone know why my foldable keybord may not be working?
Thanks.

Did you follow instructions in the FAQ?
On the Plugable Bluetooth Full-Size Folding Keyboard page, there are instructions to pair the keyboard with a device. Specifically, it says:
Hope that helps,

Thanks, I was able to get it…
Thanks, I was able to get it to work. It would be nice if companies that sell stuff for the blind would just sell a basic keybord with a pairing button. Thanks to ira I now know where the fn key is on a keybord.
Re: Thanks, I was able to get it…
I mean the page does have a keyboard layout listed, admittedly in an odd place, but instead of complaining about it here, contact A. T. Guys and inform them kindly of their error. But do remember they're selling, where possible, mainstream products from other vendors because making a custom blind keyboard would be prohibitively expensive for all parties involved, from the consumer like you to the manufacturer of such a keyboard. What this boils down to though, is consumers have a responsibility to educate themselves as to the functions that a device has and the methods of access, and that should always be a factor in the decision-making process before purchasing anything.
