Hello everybody, just yesterday I download it the weather gods app and I find the sounds are really amazing what do you all think about the app Weather Gods do you guys like it yes or no or what improvements do you wish they could add to the WeatherGods app?

I bought the app
I like the weather Gods app, only I wish lightning detection could be installed, except the dev has already said it would be costly. as i am not a large fan of the subscription models use, i went and got the app when it was just about to go into subscription. this means i have access to most of the features people pay for. except for the subscription being grayed out a few times, and having to I think restore purchases, this is a known issue he was working on. All in all, it's a great app.

Is working great. The only issue I am noticing is that it takes time to open. be it iPad or iPhone. Do not know if this the iOS or the WG.

I will say this, though. I don't think I've come across a more active developer on this website, by which I mean someone who is as responsive on this forum as Scott. He rocks.
Question about WeatherGods
I am new to this app what does putting a tip in the tip jar do how does it help to feed the WeatherGods? If anybody wouldn’t mind explaining to me I would really appreciate it

Tip is just a monetary way of expressing your appreciation for the app if anyone has a couple of extra bucks laying around that they want to pass to the weather god creator. :)

I love WeatherGods. For the person who doesn’t like the subscription modal, Scott has grandfathered people who paid for the app before subscription. So in effect, this gives you all features as before subscriptions came into effect.
That was me, and no, it doesn't
I just think the subscription model is not the way to go. This is however, why I don't develop an app. I am not completely grandfathered in, nor would I expect ask for such accommodation. I'm missing a couple of things but until such things change, I'm good. I just would pay one lump sum, not a mortgage payment that never is paid off. :)
That is a bug with the grandfathering
So that’s either a bug with the grandfathering, or you didn’t set it up. Go to my account and select restore purchases.
