Wen I am press on one of the chapter when wich Voice Over is on it doesn't moove to this chapter.
Hi, inorder to moove to the chapter: 1. Go to the "Minemize player" wich find in the last screen quarter.
2. After that, moove to the hading "Chapter"
It's hided by deffulte. Press on Show chapters.
To moove to the chapter wanted press on it.

Both Apple insider and the Mosen at large podcast have chapters for example.
They're hidden by default so you'll need to double tap on show.
I think it's a toggle, so once you've toggled it to show you just simply forget about it and swipe through the available chapters, if any.
