(Note, I use an iPad 7th Gen with Apple’s Smart Keyboard, VoiceOver and running current 15.4.1 iPadOS software.) The Problem: I am frequently unable to move through the text fields and buttons of a new/draft email in the Apple Mail App; Specifically, the text fields of To, CC, Subject and message text field; and the buttons of send, cancel, and add contact. This maneuvering problem happens Using both VoiceOver keystrokes, and finger swiping. Sometimes it works to tap or drag a single finger around the screen to move to one of these elements. In one instance, when I could not maneuver out of the message text field, My sighted partner told me that only the message text field was visible on my iPad screen. I have reported this to Apple Accessibility, sent them a screen recording and, more recently, Analytics Data. BTW using the keystrokes VO plus I did not identify any of the elements other than the text field where my cursor was stuck. Has anybody else experienced this problem? SUggestions? Thank you.

Other Mail App Issues
Another bug with Draft emails in Apple Mail App is: the screen’s bottom navigation bar, which contains the “format, add attachment” etc buttons, is not accessible using gesturing or VoiceOver keystrokes.

Hi. Have you switched your roter to either text fields or form controls? If you do, does that navigate the way you want? I ask only because sometimes the simplest things we don't think of. I'm sure you have tried but just though I'd ask.
Those Rotor Settings Not Visible When Composing Emails
Hi and thanks for your suggestion . Unfortunately I found that although my selected rotor settings include Text Fields and Form Control, these settings are not available in my rotor when composing an email. I did try using the VO plus I keys, the Item Chooser, but that only identified the element where the cursor was focused as the only available element.

Hey, Bruce! I've been having these issues too! I thought it was just me! I have it when I'm hooked up to my braille dispay! Along with the random dropping and reconnecting issues. I've sent analytics to Apple. But, haven't heard back. Hoping it all gets fixed in the next update, or, in Ipad-OS. 16.
