i have the latest Safari update, but sometimes, when i need to open some websites, safari did not open them, and i did not get any feedback, or any progress, even no error.
these are very soft sites, like
www.flotools.org
what i mean is that it does not contain any flash or something,
SOmetimes i thought that i have lost internet connection,
i treid opening google or applevis, and it is working fine.
I clear my history, and still the same.
so, what can i do to solve this issue?

The link in the post opens as expected in Safari for me. Do you have any content blockers or other extensions installed that could be preventing the page from loading? Also, if you haven't already, you may want to empty Safari's cache to see if that makes a difference. To do this:

  1. Choose Safari > Preferences, (or press Command-Comma) and click Advanced.
  2. Select the "Show develop menu in menu bar" checkbox and close the window.
  3. Choose Develop > empty caches (or press Command-Option-E) and try to open the website again.
