Will VoiceOver read the amount of battery left in a non-Apple third-party battery case

Hi there, I know that if you have the Apple battery case it will tell you how much battery charge is left in the case through VoiceOver, but is that the case for third-party cases or not?
In some cases, it does read The battery percentage of non-Apple third-party earbuds and headsets, along with their cases. The thing is that you will have to make batteries a widget. Otherwise, it's somewhat luck based and the only real way to know is to find out the hard way.
In my experience, it depends on the accessory you are using. Some accessories will give the battery information on screen which is able to be read by VoiceOver and some don't. I'm not 100% certain on this, but I think it's something to do with Apple certification.

I can only speak to my own experience, which is the Mophie Juce Pack. it does not provide this information.
