This post is for anyone who has obtained The iPhone SE third generation only. I would like to know if you are satisfied with the performance of the device in regarding how your battery performance has been especially since this new iPhone is using 5G. I would also like to know if voiceover has been having focusing issues with iOS 15 thank you so much for your time have a great day.

Too early to tell
I just got my new iPhone SE 3rd Gen yesterday, so I've not had it a full 24 hours yet. So far, the battery life seems about as good or better than my old iPhone 8, but it's really too early to tell for sure. I'll know more after a couple of days of my normal use.
I was out and about yesterday and observed that I got a fairly strong 5G signal around my area. I didn't test the speed, though. I'll try to remember to do that the next time I'm out.
I'm not sure I understand what the focus problem is. My new phone seems to behave the same as my old phone did when it was running iOS 15.4, but I seldom use Safari and don't recall using it yesterday or today. So, if the focus problem involves Safari, I couldn't answer your question.
All in all, I'm very happy with my new iPhone SE and my decision to upgrade.
