Hello. On any button you want to rename Just do two-fingers double tab and hold gesture. You will hear the tone and get the editbox where you type the name, then flick right until you find "save" button and double tap on it. Hope that helps.
There is another note to add and that is to make sure you have the latest IOS version for your device. Unfortunetly, this is a known bug in IOS 6.0.x of where you could not save the re-labeling of your button. The good news is that starting in IOS 6.1 and after they have resolved this problem. If you are still having issues with this advice and the advice above. Be sure to let us know. HTH

I have the latest version of ios but my buttons will not stay labeled the way I want them to. I labeled the buttons in my crackle app but when I went to check to see if they were still labeled they weren't. It even does the same thing with my photos. Is there any other way to make them stay labeled? Thanks for the advice.

To label unlabeled buttons double tap and hold then type in the name you want the alabel to be called then double tap save.
To answer the second part of your question, "Will the labels be saved?" Yes. Unless you do a cold boot of your device and get hit by the wipe out Voice oVer settings bug.
