another bug. When you cannotβ¦
another bug. When you cannot take anymore items the game appears to freeze and you have to relaunch the app to see the proceed button. Can anyone else confirm?
Swiping
Well, it depends on which enemy you start from. If swiping up doesn't work, try swiping down.
autosave not faulty
hi. I would like to apologise for going completely nuts over this bug that's not a bug. While playing the game yesterday, I realised that this was actually a feature and thank you for the person who also told me this on the forom. Sorry I didn't listen.
The lite version gives you
14 levels to play with and the full version gives us the hole game with bonus features!!!
A question about the minions.
So I absolutely love this game. However, is there a way to heal the minions that fight with you that you catch?
Forging
Still donβt really understand the forging.
Is there anything specific you need to forge with anything else in particular.
Minions
I think you can go to the fisherman at the port to heal minions. I only have a dragon though, which heals itself, so I'm not entirely sure.
Forging
As far as I know, there isn't any limit as to what you can forge with what. Once you select edit on what you upgrade, all your weapons armour and orbs should get listed with the forge button after them.

Level 2
I am loving this game so far, and have figured most things out by trial and error plus a few perusals of former comments to get questions that had already been asked. I made it up to 50, defeated the two headed dragon and...
...now I'm back at floor 1. Was I meant to create a new character and start from scratch with harder monsters? Cuz my high level spell slinging badass fighting Goo monsters feels silly.
level two
you don't have to create a new character but you do start from scratch with harder monsters. you can always release your monsters if you don't want them. personally I don't use minions because I can never find where to buy meat to feed them with.
Buying meat
First go to port and then go to shore you will find the guy that sells meat
Multiple Characters
Hey, how do other people have multiple characters linked to their account? It says the game will be erased if you start a new one, so how exactly does that work?
Unable to catch minions
I love this game! I have an elf warrior who is level 65, and so far, I have never captured a single minion. I go to the shore and set up fishing gear, but nothing ever happens apart from being stuck on that screen to the point where I have to force quit the app. I've tried searching google and youtube for answers, but there is nothing that explains how I'm supposed to catch my first minion. I'm almost wondering if my game is corrupt or something, but also, I'm highly disappointed that none of the videos that have been made about this game make it clear how to get started with minions; the only one I found with a title of how to catch minions pretty much assumed that the viewer already had them and discussed resurrecting them; not helpful. Anyway, if someone could please tell me what I'm doing wrong, or if you think I may need to restart my game, please let me know.
Thanks!
fishing
when you're in the dungeon, go into your inventory and click use on the fishing gear before you fight something. Occasionally a monster will take interest in the fishing pole and you might catch it.
Personally I don't use a fishing pole as I have trouble trying to find meat to feed the minions that I catch.
Limited inventory
Hi all, Iβve purchased several healing herbs and potions, along with my gear, and my inventory is severely limited! Might there be a way to increase the number of items I can carry?
Also at what level do I get fishing gear? Lastly, I have a green stone, but no way to use it. Isn't it supposed to teleport me to floor ten?
Thanks for all the help!
hiring mercenaries
Hi! Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I'm having a strange issue with this game. I love the game, and have made itto level 121. The problem is that according to the guild in the pub, I'm still only level 79. I had to uninstall the app on Monday, and when I redownloaded and re-installed it, I loaded from iCloud. All seems fine on my end, but no matter what I do, my info doesn't update at the pub. Any ideas on how to fix this would be extremely appreciated. If it matters, I have the paid version of the game running on iOS 15.4 and have made it to level two of the dungeon.
Ping... Nope, not Dead!
Long comment, here goes. Hi guys, I've had this game for quite some time and have watched it slowly come back. It's now receiving regular updates, not the least of which is that the game now is *almost* self-voicing. It still requires Voiceover to play, but there's TTS that dictates a lot of what's going on now. Text wasn't reading automatically for some reason--and still honestly doesn't when moving through dialog--but I don't particularly have a problem with that because... well, you use to have to double-tap twice to get through one line of dialog. This isn't the case anymore. I'm in regular correspondence with the dev, who has responded to all of my issues within a day or two (most of the time by fixing or improving the item in question and according to what I'm suggesting). The TTS feature, as I call it, is very customizable, and you can adjust both the volume of the speech and the sound effects to your liking, as well as choose exactly what gets spoken so you don't get spammed to death with information you can otherwise pick up on due to the sounds. Note that if sound effects, background music, or TTS is disabled, you won't see the options for them, which in turn makes the settings window nice to use. There's a nice little chat feature that doesn't have a sound play when anything comes in, but it's location specific, so you can go to whatever location (any floor, the square, the port, etc.) and check to see if anything's been posted. No, it's not required. You can also inscribe folks in the item called The Adventurer's Tome, which allows you to private message people from no matter where you are in the game. You used to not be able to forge rings with other items... This is no longer the case--rings are forgeable and can be used to fortify other items through forging. There's been so much that's happened with it over the years, most of it for the better, and I thought this particular app needed to be brought to people's attention as a result. This game really is fun. It's grindy, but I like that sort of thing. It's simple but has a lot of neat goals to accomplish throughout other than just leveling your character. You go ad free by making a one-time purchase of I think $5, and you can make donations through the app as well if you want to support the developer. Note that these extra donations, though they look more like purchases than tips, don't actually get you anything. They're just there as a way to thank the developer for his work. I went ad free a loooong time ago--over five years, so I don't know what the limitations of the light version are. Quite frankly though, I think the work he's done on this over the past month or so has been absolutely amazing and deserves support. This game has been around for ages, and while there are a few little things that could be improved, my response to that is when isn't that the case with life in general? Anyway, for those who have the game and just haven't played it in a while, why not come back to it and see what's changed? For those who haven't played it before, why not check it out? Either way, this app should be brought out of the forgotten places and back into the BVI world.
