Everything works very cleanly. Message nav is a tiiiny bit slow, since the person's name is separated from the message, but it really is fairly full featured. Tapping on the image that says wave form, next to the reply button, will start a voice message recording, and focus automatically lands on the stop recording button. When done, you just get a tiny menu with cancel, play and send.
