Hello all,
I am stuck on Cine 25 of a blind legend. This scene, called “the guard room “, is very tricky for me. Although I try following the Louises instructions as best I can, I can’t seem to get past the guards. What to do?
Thank you,
Ashleigh Piccinino B

SPOILERS AHEAD:

You need to make sure you walk, don't run, past the guard room. At the same time, you don't want to stop for any length of time to make course corrections. If you do need to stop for a moment, do so only long enough to tap on the screen to hear where Louise is, but then immediately start walking again. Again, if you move faster than a walk, that'll be all she wrote.

Hello,
I tried your comment and suggestions. However, it doesn’t seem like I am fast enough. I am using an iPhone, of course, but I can’t make course corrections while I’m walking for some reason. Any help,
Thank you very much,
Ashleigh

I literally take my finger off the phone, tap to hear where Louise is, and even while she's speaking, my finger is back on the phone walking forward. If she is off to the right or left, I drag my finger in that directions in small amounts and repeat locating Louise. Like I said, it can be done. It will just take more practice. I know it's frustrating. It took me a while to get the results correct when I was first learning how. HTH

Thank you, I finally got past the garden. One of my nieces helped me, talking nonsense to me. Somehow, that got me through. However, I’m stuck again. I don’t know how to fight King and when. Any ideas?

Hello all breve night,
I finally beat quote a blind legend. “It was a good game, however I do have some corrections but they could’ve made. I think literally swinging the sword, instead of swiping your finger, would’ve made more sense. At times, while sweeping, my phone would do different stuff. Of course, I had voice over turned off all the time. For example, the phone would open apps that it was not supposed to well I was in a fight. This can be rather dangerous, I know from experience from dying several times while this happen. And that way, I think holding your phone like he would hold a sword, and swing it whatever direction the enemy is would be better. I have another idea for how to hold your shield as well. Since my fingers kept slipping at times, whenever I pinch the screen, I think this she’ll would be better to raise your phone and hold it near your heart screens side near you. That way, you can more quickly raise to field and not die as much… Hopefully, that is. What do you think about the suggestions question also, if you think they’re good should I post them to www.ablindlegend.com, or whatever the website is? Thank you again for this great game.
Ashleigh S Piccinino PS say owners for an hour sitter of us. If that doesn’t come through right, it means may your swords stay sharp.

I think it's fine the way it is.

Can you imagine trying to swing an iPad like a sword? Or even trying to hold an iPad like it is a shield?

At times I had some problems with movement, but I eventually got use to it.

If your finger keeps slipping, you might want to whipe the screen with a tissue because sometimes the screen can get a little slippery from constant use.

That happens to me sometimes, either a tissue or anything that isn't damp, because that's not recommended, that goes for all screens.

I am on scene 25, and it is bloody frustrating. If I hear Louise say this way father one more time I think I’ll I’ll have to slap her again. Just kidding. But honestly it’s very frustrating because you’re trying to listen for her instructions plus walk plus here we’re all the other environmental sounds are. I’ve been stuck on a few levels but I always knew how to fight and how to run and stuff like that. This is just a really hard level. At least it is for me. Plus, my fingers are deformed by arthritis. I don’t know if that helps or hinders. But it’s a fact of life at least for me. Does anyone know if iOS 14 has any issues with this particular game? I am glad I found the game because the isolation and the lockdowns in Covid is driving me crazy. So this is something to do at least. When I go through all those settings, the icy mountain peaks the monastery the babbling brook in the misty woods and all that, it makes me feel like I’ve been outside and among people. Haven’t done that for more than a year. Canada is much more strict about lockdowns than the states is, I think. Anyway, one of the most frustrating things is I have my sword so why can’t I use it to slay these guards? I mean come on.

When a blind legend first starts you are told to use the rotor to touch enable that part of the screen. But when I try to use the rotor I end up pulling out my sword or something like that. So can I assume that the rotor is touch enabled when I enter the game?

I just heard a YouTuber named Mitchell go through the final scenes of A Blind Legend. Since I’m stuck on scene 25, I didn’t listen past that. It seems that he’s playing on the iOS rather than the PC which is good. He got past the guard room by walking very slowly even after Louise says let’s go. It seems though that the path away from the guard room isn’t straight ahead, and that we circle the guard room at least one more time. I sure wish I could get out of this scene because it seems like I’ve been here for a couple of years. The other day, I had a problem with my iPhone and I had to re-download A Blind Legend. I actually played the whole game in one day, but got stuck again on scene 25. For someone who could beat demons and dragons and brain eaters, getting past a few drunken dice playing guards should be easy, considering the noise they’re making. But it’s the one scene that has stumped me.
