Hi everyone hope you’re doing well and staying safe. Please can anybody recommend an accessible FTP client that supports third-party services that use the Amazon S3 protocol? Transmit does not do this they confirm this when I contacted them via email. I do not like Pcyberduck as I find the interface too clunky. If anybody can help me resolve this problem that would be most welcome thank you for your help everyone kind regards Trey.

You should take a look at Forklift 3.

I've had it installed for several years. However, I rarely use it as Transmit works better for my use case. When I have used it, the accessibility has appeared okay.
