looking for good html viewer and web browser

hi.
i am writing a topic here first time.
anyway, i am looking for two apps.
1. is there any good html viewer app works great with voiceover?
2. i am looking for some great browser except safari and chrome.
can you please suggest some good browser for me?

Browsers on iOS and iPadOS have the same Safari engine, so do not expect increased speed or power efficiency from one browser to another. Generally, I like the layout of Brave and how handles YouTube videos.
