The Brave browser from www.brave.com comes with a built-in ad blocker. It's also much more stable than Safari and VoiceOver. I no longer get busy busy busy messages with every page I load. It's pretty sad that a third-party browser works better than Apple's built-in offering, but we've established long ago that Apple is perfectly happy to allow Mac VoiceOver to stagnate. I use Brave on all my devices except iOS and I couldn't be happier. I'd use Brave on iOS, but there's not much point since Apple forces the use of the Safari engine with all browser apps.

There are none for Safari
Your best bet is to either block them using a hosts file, or using a DNS service like 1.1.1.1 to block ads.
I recently commented how to block ads using a hosts file here:

Another option to block ads: Nextdns
Nextdns also offers ad blocking using its DNS. It is similar to Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 but blocks ads.
