Is there any quick way to stop screen recording in ios15?

Hello,
In iOS14, I was able to stop screen recording from the status bar. In iOS15 the screen recording icon seems to have vanished, I need to go to control center. Is there any way of getting the screen recorder back on the status bar while recording?

Once you’re done screen recording, just lock your screen and it will automatically stop. Hth

Thanks for the screen locking tip. I use to record TikTok videos and I just gave up because I was forever trimming videos which seemed a long and drawn out process but I will give it another shot.
