Hello all:
I know that Splitting videos needs some vision, if we need a professional video, but all i need, is a quick way that i can cut something from a long video and share it to a friend or even a student for a particular reason.
I tried the native IOS camera app, but i can not do that at all, so, what is the best and accessible way to do this?
am opening to any accessible solution, Wish it could be on mac, Ios, or even windows.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

In Mac: Use Quicktime to split videos
split: you can use Quicktime to split a video.
Open the video with Quicktime, then select in the menu
"Edit>Split Clip", or press Cmd-Y.
This will open an overlay with the two groups, select the one you don't need, and
delete it with the Backspace key.
After that, export the video.

You can also use reaper to split a video into 2 if you want to as well. I have used it to create multi part videos I then upload to youtube or odysee.
iMovy
I believe that you can also use iM<iMovy on an iOS device.
