Hi everyone hope you're doing well and staying safe. I need to share some information from activity monitor with a tech support team, I know I can do this with a screenshot but because I have limited use of my left hand I find the process difficult. Is there any other way to share information from activity monitor like for example a session log apart from using a screenshot? Your help with this problem would be most welcome thank you very much everyone.

Sysdiagnose
You could use Sysdiagnose, which collects much more detailed information than Activity Monitor. There's a discussion here, and you can search the Web for more information via your preferred search engine.
