Does anyone know if I can do this with the focus option in ios 15? What I am wanting to do is let's say if I'm on facebook, youtube or an app that I don't want any notifications disrupting me listening to a video or audio other than texts or phone calls, can I make a focus to silents those?

Yes, you can for videos. However music and just audio, no, if the screen locks, focus does not work.

I am guessing that if someone you have emergency bypass on for will get through too. So no worries there.
