It sounds a little battery heavy to me, but all use cases are unique. It's also not unusual for Apple products to need a week or so to settle down with battery usage, as there can be background activities running related to that initial setup - downloads, synchronisations, etc. However, there are more typically a consideration on an iPhone. Might still be a factor though.

You are also likely using the Apple Watch more than you will be once the initial excitement and interest reduces. Something else which makes it hard to do a realistic comparison against what other people's experience is.

You don't say what size Apple Watch you have. This will also be a factor, as the smaller model has a smaller battery, hence less battery life.

What wall adapter are you using? Are you using the charging cable that came with the watch? It sounds like there's either something wrong with the path from the outlet to the watch or the battery inside that watch. If it's the former, using quality cables and adapters can solve the issue. If it's the latter, then get that thing exchanged at the store. It should charge to full in a little less than half that time.

I also have an Apple Watch SE 40 mm, but the battery for me last at least two days even if I make phone calls.
