I’m using the latest Bank Of America version on iOS 15.1. I’m noticing nothing out of the ordinary. It seems to be fully accessible. As always, there’s a chance that the screen recognition has been accidentally turned on. I would suggest making sure that that’s turned off. Screen recognition tends to be up focused so you can turn it on for one Apple at the offer another. Outside of that, maybe delete the app and reinstall it.

Well thank you, but that wasn’t it, screen recognition was turned off, I just downloaded this app because my wife was having trouble with it and then I had the same problem, I did try to re-download it but that didn’t change anything I tried changing screen recognition to on that didn’t work either I tried to restart my iPhone but that didn’t work either, I am running the latest iOS on my 2020 SE she has a 12 mini running the last update of 14 but neither one of us are able to access the login screen when you click on the username you can’t type in it and the password box won’t open and neither one of them are actually labeled as edit boxes

Hi. The person who said the fields are blank for security is correct. tap on each one, type in crudentials. It will keep making a bump sound as you type. I authenticated just fine.

OK, thank you everybody, I got it, so many bunks, I would not call this accessible, yes I was able to get through but not without some difficulty, and all the bunks sound the same whether you’re typing or deleting you can never tell if there’s anything written in that username edit box, it doesn’t even tell you stars, star, star, star, no, just bonks, bonk bonk bonk, so thanks everybody

For me the bonk sound doesn't really make a difference, as I'm good at remembering what I'm typing. although another app, Duke Energy, has decided that when I try to imput my username in, I get the characters completely different from what i'm typing. for instance, "S I O" would could out as something like "E NI" I need to have a sighted person watchthis. but as for now I can't log into and use the app on my phone. Ugh.

No, it’s just that usually on a secure text field you hear something more a kin to a check sound when typing in characters, the bonk is more indicative of something that is not able to be acted upon so Bank of America made it so that nobody would be able to hear us input our username, but they can go ahead and look at it over our shoulder meanwhile we get to guess, I found a solution, I just change my username and password to bonk bonk bonk bonk bonk bonk bonk bonk, like you said at least I got in, the bug you were dealing with on your energy app sounds like bag of fun. Anybody up for a game of whack-a-mole, fix one problem find another, blind people are the best thanks for the help, onto the next challenge

Wow, I’ve never seen it do that before, I download a Duke Energy because I was curious, that is some seriously messed up keyboard action, but they are building a smarter energy future, so there’s that, geez, good luck
