Hi there, has anyone have any experience of the accessibility of the NatWest mobile banking app? Before signing up with their online banking I would like to find out any user’s experience. Many thanks in advance, Ron.

Hi Ron,

I've been using the Nat West app for the last 3 years and it's currently very accesible.

I have 3 accounts including a business account with them and all information is read out fine by Voiceover.
I have no problems in going through transaction histories, settting up and paying payees, doing transfers etc.

It's Face ID compatible, so easy login and so far I've yet to encounter any major issues.

It's been a while since I set up the app obviously, so I can't remember how accessible the initial setup was, but for everyday tasks it's working fine for me.

Any specific questions let me know and I'll see if I can find out an answer for you.

Hi, I set up the app on a new device recently and I can confirm set up is fully accessible, just make sure you have the relevant information required for setting up. The app does work better on an iPhone rather than iPad. If you have a phone with a physical home button like the SE2020, you can also use touch ID to log in as well.

Hi, yes this is very accessible. The RNIB helped to build this app to ensure it was accessible. I also had some input in this app. Whilst it isn't perfect I'd say it is at least 95% accessible if not more. Certainly you should have no issues using it or registerring with it.
