I've found a pretty cool swipe gesture.

iOS and iPadOS

If you swipe either left or right with four fingers, it'll act like the app switcher but you don't have to go into app switcher to do it.

I don't know if it's a new thing or old but it's quite nice using one command instead of two or more.

Welcome to the XXI century!!!
YEAS, this gesture exists since... Ios 10, maybe? Anyways, it's always nice to refresh those things we believe everybody is aware of :)

Hello Brad, I too had never heard of that gesture either. I made a custom one for the app switcher.

Yep I can do the same on iOs. I have the 2 finger swipe left and right doing this exact thing. This has I think been a whing on the iPad for a while and on iOs since I want to say late 2019.

Been using since iOS 6 and I didn’t know about it. It is a cool little gesture. I’m hip now!

There's a Voiceover manual? I always figured Apple just gave you a pat on the head and sent you along your merry way once you triple-pressed the side button.

Also oh my god yes, this gesture is fantastic. Thank you.

I have no idea where it is though, i think it might be in the books app but that could be an old thing now.

This page and the 13 pages following it from the iPhone manual are about VoiceOver.
