Hey all,
Does anyone know how to adjust VoiceOver tone more selectively than the simple adjustment of pitch and intonation offered by shift-control-option-command VoiceOver settings on Mac or the equivalent in IOS? I know about the Apple music app EQ options, but does anyone know of any other way native to Apple?
If not, does anyone know of an accessible IOS app and an accessible MacOS app to make multi-band EQ adjustments of VoiceOver? Yes, I know about and use MacOS Sound Source, which is OK (although a bit awkward in my experience). I am hoping for a better UI, or at least some alternatives to check out.
Thank you for any and all suggestions. It's bad enough being blind (not all that bad, actually), but it is definitely bad being real hard of hearing on top of blindness.
Joy!
Bruce

Forgive me if I'm way off…
Forgive me if I'm way off base, since I don't have a hearing impairmenmt, but what about the headphone accommodations under accessibility? I played around with them last year and they definitely had an effect on Voiceover. I hope this is what you're looking for.
If it was only that easy
Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, for the moment I am limited by my hearing aids which produce feedback when I wear headphones. My Cost Co audiologist says a new and improved hearing aid is coming out that will allow me to use headphones feedback free, but I don't have them yet.
Any other suggestions?
