Voiceover improvements in upcoming Mac OS Monterey

Couldn't find this in other forum topics, but Apple's preview for Mac OS 12 says:
Improved Full Keyboard Access
Using an expanded set of keyboard shortcuts, improvements to Full Keyboard Access enable you to control everything on your Mac with a keyboard — without a mouse or trackpad. https://www.apple.com/macos/monterey-preview/features/

Any sense of what exactly this means or whether it's significant?

It could mean that full keyboard access will be easier, it could mean that it will support third party wireless keyboards better, it could mean for the Mac Mini might have an easier time navigating or other tasks. No one knows until it's out. As i'm stuck on a version two previous to that, I'll just wait and see if and when I get a new one. This one is kicking but asking to be put into the recycling plant.

I really hope they fix this annoying bug that is currently present in the latest version of big sur starting from 11.5, what happens is when voiceover is reading, ie you envoke the read every thing command, control option and a and voiceover will read part of a passage then stop half way before moving on to the next, sometimes though it reads the same part twice, anyone else having issues with that, as I want this fixed asap. currently running mac OS big sur 11.0.1 which doesn't have this issue as its the oldest version I can get else where

There are a great deal of bugs in VoiceOver for Mac OS, apparently because VoiceOver's development lags behind the development of the OS itself. In addition to the bug that curnal coconut mentioned, we have a bug with the Preview app that causes VoiceOver to display PDF pages as duplicates, for example. Or what about the voice duplication bug with the newer Siri voices? Perhaps these bugs are being polished on Mac OS that's built for the M1-based Macs...
