To my opinion Hokusai is a pretty cool audio editor for Vo users. Unfortunately I don't got any idea how to join one track (e.g. with any ambient background) with another track (e.g. containing an announcing jingle) at a certain position of the ambient track. Does anyone know a tutorial or so that describes that szenario?

I don't know about tutorial, but the way I'd do this is copy and paste.
Select the jingle and copy it. Then, go to where you want it and paste it.
