Protools Express and Mac Mini

I am about to bite the bullet and buy a Mac Mini. Is Protools Express accessible with VO? I can't afford the full version right now, especially with having to buy the Mini. At least, I won't have to buy a Jaws upgrade, too! Will 4 gigs of Ram be enough to run Protools Express? ...if anyone uses it. Also, is Garage Band accessible?

Hi I can't speak about Protools since I have not dealt with any version of it. I do have something to say about Garage Band though. Quite some time ago, a couple of years give or take, Apple made some aspects of GB more accessible. However, they did *not* make the note editing screen accessible with vo in any way. So for that reason I have not bothered with it at all and I do have a 2009 Mac Mini which, at this point, only has 2gb of ram which I would increase if a need existed. I did a lot of midi composing back in the 90's--the dos days--and I could not have done what I did without access to note editing. As far as I'm concerned Apple can keep Garage Band if I can't use note editing with vo. The idea is absurd. However, if you can compose or whatever without use of the note editing screen, then by all means go for it. Most aspects of GB should be accessible with vo. Also, if I am wrong about note editing in gb with vo, I apologize. Also I should add that there are other blind people using gb successfully.
