Braille on Apple Products

Hi, I have an Orbit writer. I try to connect it to an iPhone SE 2020 and iPhone 7 it shows up as a connectable device under braille displays it acts like it will connect than instantly disconnects. It connected previously under iOS 14.01. The Orbit writer is running the latest firmware as far as I know. Can anyone please help? How do I fix this? What am I not doing right? All help and suggestions are truly appreciated.

I'm having a similar issue, but iOS 14.3. Vishu is also present on an Apple Watch, I was so happy that Apple finally implemented braille support on an Apple Watch. It worked the first time, maybe for a couple of hours, but then all of a sudden, it quit on me. It was also working great on an iPhone. I was about to connect it to my iPad when I started having the issue. It now pops up on all iOS devices no matter what I do, even if I restart my device and turn on and off Bluetooth. I updated the firmware for the orbit device, and still, same issue.

I got an Orbit Writer for Christmas. It will not pair with my iPhone 8 running IOS 14.3. I contacted Orbit. But, have either of you found a solution?

Highly considering getting one. Does it have any preloaded apps? Like the Orbit Readers do. What’s the learning curve for someone who doesn’t know computer Braille code. Can this feature be turned off?
