I need to boot my Mac M1 in Safe Mode to check a problem that I'm having with an app. The problem is that in the Mac M1 the process to achieve this is different and I haven't found how to do it with VoiceOver. I'm supposed to shutdown the Mac, and then press and hold the power button to get in the recovery menu. Then I have to look for the Continue button and press it holding down the Shift key. so that it will convert to Continue in Safe Mode. Haven't found how to do it since I don't have a mouse or trackpad connected. Any help will me appreciated.

I believe this is done via holding down power button, voiceover should start automatically once the mac is in safe mode. Hope this helps.

You are right. on that part. The problem is that the button that I need to press only is shown while you are holding down the Shift key, but if I press it, I Can't move around to find it. That is the part that I haven't found how to solve.

I don't have an M1 Mac, but are you able to locate the continue button with standard VoiceOver commands? If so, I'd imagine you should be able to route the mouse pointer to it with VO-Command-F5 (or VO-Command-Function-5 if you're using a Mac with a Touch Bar) hold down the Shift key, and click the mouse button.
