Are there any podcasts or guides on how to use Time Machine with VoiceOver?

I would like to think that I have got to grips with most of what OS X has thrown at me during the short time that I have been using it. However, something that I am still struggling with, is Time Machine. Thankfully, I've not had a need to rely on this yet, but the few times that I've taken a look at it I have found it all rather confusing. So, I was wondering if there are any podcasts or guides available on how to use Time Machine with VoiceOver?

Yes their are just go to the search box type in time machine then go to the combo box then select applevis podcast then tab to search then you will find a podcast called time machine.
