Order of information when web browsing on Mac

Hi all.
This has been bothering me for a long time. When browsing on the Mac with VoiceOver it is reading the element type before the actual text.
In other words, I will hear for example "Heading level one, Welcome to AppleVis".
On other platforms such as windows and even iOS, it will say "Welcome to AppleVis, Heading level one", which is much more efficient.
Is there a way to change this behaviour on the Mac? I don't see an option in VoiceOver utility, but am holding out hope that I've missed something because I'm sick and tired of it honestly.

Hi Dave,
You can change this behaviour in verbosity settings. Go to VoiceOver utility > Verbosity. Then select the appropriate tab (either speech or braille). Then expand the triangle and enter the table. To change the order of one element, press the appropriate menu button and select own ...
Then enter the table and select the property of the element you want to reorder. Press CMD+Up or down arrow to reorder it.

Thank you.
I was also facing this issue.
I wish Apple could do it like described by default, so we could have the text first and then the info about the heading level.
