Thanks.

From Apple Support, put your airpods in their case and close the lid. Wait 30 seconds, and open the lid. Go to your Bluetooth settings and forget the device. Then open the lid and hold the button on the back of the airpods case for about 15 seconds. The indicator light will flash amber once you've held it down long enough. After that, you can reconnect your airpods to your phone the same way you did when you first got them. You'll have to adjust any settings you've changed, as those will also reset.

In order to reset your AirPods Pro, you first need to remove them on your iPhone by going to Settings, Bluetooth, then navigating to your AirPods Pro, then swipe up with one finger until you hear "More Info", then double tap with one finger. Then near the bottom, select the option to forget your AirPods.

Once your AirPods have been forgotten, lock your phone, take your AirPods Pro case, making sure that both your AirPods are in the case, lift the lid and press and hold the small button at the back and bottom of the case and hold for about 20-30 seconds.

Afterwards, close the lid, unlock your phone and reopen the lid of your case near the phone and it should pop up the setup wizard.

HTH!
