I’m running out of vision!
Due to AMD my vision is now very poor and everything is becoming less accessible.
Thanks so much to Apple for such wonderful accessibility Voice tools.
However with so many available and optional combinations possible I’m finding it difficult when considering how to apply them.
I’m looking for a tutorial suitable for non-technical users like me to easily customize a Voice (only) Control of their iPadOS tablet.
Any help will be much appreciated.

A good starting point might be this podcast: How to use Voice Control on iOS: The Basics
However, for your circumstances, the best and most satisfying user experience is likely to be offered by VoiceOver. You could incorporate some level of voice control in to this, but my own experience was that it simply wasn't worth the extra muscle memory involved with combining both gestures and spoken commands in to a single and coherent workflow. Of course, your own mileage may vary ☺️
Touch?
Is there a reason you don't want to use VoiceOver finger gestures on your iPad? There's a lot less to memorize with gestures than using Voice Control.
