An app like WX informant with able to receive notifications from all 50 states plus the Storm prediction center

Hi,
I'm what you'd call a desk chair storm chaser, which means I like to get weather alerts from the places where there are big severe weather outbreaks. I had an app called wx informant, which used to notify me, but the notifications don't work anymore, and I tried to go pro, but they have some sort of convoluted way of going pro. Instead of the in app purchase, they have something where you put your email in, and they're supposed to email you payment instructions. For the life of me, I can't get it to work.
I miss my mesoscale discussions, and tropical outlooks and weather alerts from different states. Is there an app that will let me have notifications for all of these types of things again? I'd probably need a weather app where the weather source is the NWS, like wx informant's weather source was the NWS.
