I got a sheet of Blindshell stickers by mistake, and for those who do not know, these are stickers with QR codes, Blindshell has an application for adding, these qr codes with describtion, but this is only on there Mobile, "the blindshell mobile",
is there an alternative on Iphone for this? an app that i can add a QR code, then add a describtion by typing or by voice?
Thanks in advance

NFC tag option
Yes, I was going to put up a post about these and just hadn’t gotten to it yet :-) great question! I wanted to label my vinyl record collection but didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg for a braille labeler. There are NFC tags that you can purchase off of Amazon they allow you to write up to 512 characters. They are small round stickers with adhesive backs. You can use them for anything imaginable :-)
40 Pieces NFC Sticker NTAG 215... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075CKHH8R?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
And this iOS app is accessible for both reading and writing the NFC tags : https://apps.apple.com/us/app/nfc-for-iphone/id1249686798
are they better than wayarround Stickers?
in the future i need to get the stickers from wayarround, are they better or the one you sent?
also, what about the QR that am asking about, is there a solution?
Try QR Blind
Hi, you should try QR Blind. With this app you can create QR codes and add both a text and voice description.
Another option is Navilens
The NaviLens app also allows one to create personal tags that can be read with the iPhone camera.
For personal use you can download a series of tags in various sizes for various applications, print them out, and add your own labels.
NaviLens is currently being used in a number of public transit and other public venues to give real time info and directions to both blind and sighted people. They work similarly to QR codes but use an array of colored squares. The larger ones in public venues can be read from up to 60 feet away while the smaller ones can be used as personal labels for items at home.
If you want to learn more, we just aired two episodes of Eyes On Success that discuss the technology. The first show was a talk with the developer and more generally how the NaviLens system can be used both for general navigation and personal labeling. The second show discussed the NaviLens School Kit that provides lables for schools as well as how these educators are using NaviLens to make flash cards accessible to blind students.
Anyway, go to www.EyesOnSuccess.net and click on the link to the show archives. You will find those episodes in the shows for 2021.

Can i use external QR codes?
I tried reading the QR codes that i have? i tried with no luck, any ideas?
Hi, I have not used the way…
Hi, I have not used the way around stickers so unfortunately I am unable to say if they’re better, but they work great! Just as a reminder, their NFC, not a QR code.
will Iphone 12 mini will read them?
I have Iphone 12 mini, is it good? can he read them?
Nfc tags that are mentioned above
Yes, and I don’t mean to confuse the thread. I am again commenting on the NFC tags that I have mentioned above. The iPhone 12 should work with these as well. If you are concerned definitely go ahead and do some further research as I have the SE 2020 model, though I into the understanding that iPhones seven and after should read NFC.
